Conference Registration

As of February 1, in order to secure a room at the Atlantis, you must contact the hotel reservations department directly at 954-809-2714. Make sure you indicate you want a room in the Rotary room block.

You still must register for the Conference itself, including PETs, through the current registration process on this site.

If you have already registered for the conference and have already booked a room, please do not re-register as you may be double-booked.

Accommodations Reservation Procedures:

• Code is GROTAY8 All persons with 7020 can reference this code.
   
• Two-night deposit is required at the time of reservation request. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Balance of payment, taxes, and gratuities will be charged upon arrival.
   
• Normal extra person policy ($45.00) and rates apply.
   
• The two-night deposit will be retained if reservations are cancelled at anytime.
   
• Name changes will be allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival
   
• Group rates are as follows:
  • $150.00 Beach Tower Run of House Single/Double
  • $165.00 Coral Tower Run of House Single/Double
  • $165.00 Coral Tower Regal Suites (2 max)
