Registration for
conference events will be handled separately from the hotel. All
reservations now require full payment of conference
fees and after February 13 will increase $50 so don't wait until the
last minute! Prompt completion of
payment will prevent your registration from being cancelled. Because
the hotel requires us to provide guest count for all events earlier
than before, early registration becomes more important. Late
registration may result in us not being able to accommodate you, and
it will cost you more.
As for hotel
reservations, the special $170 rate is no longer available.

Inscription pour

paiement permettra d'éviter l'inscription de l'annulation. Parce que

plus important. L'inscription tardive peut entraîner en nous de ne
pas pouvoir vous accueillir, et il vous en coûtera plus.
