Payment Policy

All hotel bookings will be handled directly through the Atlantis reservations system, with bookings available for Rotarians beginning December 10, 2007. In the meantime, if you wish to make a $300 deposit to ensure you are on the Master List for the room block we have reserved, you may do so when you register for the conference. Your deposit will be applied to you accommodations charges incurred during the conference.

All Conference fees for PETS, the Assembly & Conference and events are payable in advance at time of registration.
